Hills I'll Die On
Everybody’s got a few. Here are mine.
Fahrenheit beats Celsius
For measuring people, not water. 100°F is really hot, 0°F is really cold, and I spend my whole life somewhere between those two numbers. I don’t care what temperature water freezes at. I care how the day feels. Fahrenheit is scaled to human experience. Water can go measure itself.
Just call them
When you need something from a business or a person, pick up the phone. A thirty-second call gets you the real, current answer from someone who actually knows. No digging through a website, no outdated FAQ, no contact form that vanishes into the void. Talking to a human is still the fastest path to the truth, and I’ll happily die on this one.
